All bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions. Bookings are complete and binding when the confirmation is received, whether verbally or in writing and when the required deposit is received from the client if required at which time the deposit becomes non-returnable.
BYRUK(or its agents, servants, or subsidiaries) shall not be liable for any loss suffered by any customer or Passenger caused by accident or road traffic delay. (this matter will be between the group leader, the passengers traveling, and the contractor (driver) Please remain seated whilst the vehicle is in motion.
BYRUK does not give, nor is anyone authorized to give on its behalf, any express or implied warranty or representation regarding any bookings.
To cancel, suspend, alter or withdraw any travel, transport, accommodation or other service booked, which we are unable to fulfil for any reason. A full refund of all monies paid for the facility cancelled, suspended or withdrawn shall be made in the case of such cancellation or suspension, but in no case otherwise. We will always let you know and give you notice before the travel. Cancellation or refund could also be because of vehicle breakdown, driver not available or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will make all our efforts to cover. We won’t be liable to pay any extra cost towards your booking for any last minute cover (whether it’s arranged by us or you).
(b) Refuse to carry or accommodate or ask to withdraw or otherwise provide for any person without giving some reason for such refusal.
(c) All charges in respect of use of the facility shall be as prescribed by rates prevailing at the time of use and may be altered without notice in the event of alteration in rates of exchange or fares.
Any damage done to the vehicle, or any fittings thereof, done by any member of the party or group, whether wilfully or negligently, shall be the Hirer’s responsibility to repay to BYRUK, or in most cases, to the company that has contracted the vehicle, the cost of the repairs for such damage, and any losses or downtime of the vehicle that are the natural and direct consequence of the act that caused the damage.
WE or our contractor may claim from YOU any costs and expenses incurred by US (and our contractor) as a result of your behaviour e.g. the cost of diverting the vehicle for you or your party. But, US (or our contractor doing work for us on YOUR behalf) may instigate criminal proceedings against YOU.
BYRUK, or any of its subsideries, as a booking agent are not responsible for any damage cost incurred to the vehicle by passengers. Any charges, criminal damage or compensation that may occur (under the contract) will be held by the Hirer (our client) to the contracter (driver), unless previously agreed in writing with BYRUK, the contracter (driver). However, BYRUK will work with both parties as much as they can to help bring the client to justice, and they will ask for (photo evidence) for evidence.
BYRUK will arrange the route over which the journey is to be taken, save in so far as any specific request is made by the Hirer, and shall thereupon base a quotation upon the same.
Should the Hirer make any subsequent arrangements with BYRUK or the driver for a deviation of route whereby mileage or time of the new route exceeds that of the original route, the Hirer will be liable to pay BYRUK for the extra cost incurred.
All arrangements for hires are subject to the availability of a vehicle or vehicles of the capacity required at the date and time of the request. BYRUK will not be held responsible for the unavailability of a vehicle for that a quote has been given. Having received a quote does not guarantee the availability of a vehicle. BYRUK has the right to refund and cancel the booking if they cannot fulfill it.
Unless otherwise mutually agreed a minimum deposit of 40% (non refundable) of the hire charge must be paid with booking to secure your booking, if only we can not fulfill the journey request then the deposit will be refunded.
The deposit is non-refundable once a confirmation and deposit for a booking have been received. A cancellation charge of 40% will be imposed on the total payment if a booking is terminated more than 14 days prior to the scheduled departure. A fee of 50% of the booking cost will be charged if a booking is terminated between 7 and 14 days prior to the journey.
A fee of 75% of the booking cost will be charged if a booking is terminated between 48 hours and 7 days prior to the journey.
The complete cost of the booking will be due if the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the journey. We, BYRUK, have fulfilled our contract with you by allowing you to board any of the vehicles. Consequently, we are unable to issue refunds for these reservations. The drivers have our agreement to transport you to and from your destination.
In the event that the cancelled booking includes additional services, such as meals, accommodation, or ferry charges, and the providers of these services impose cancellation fees, the hirer will be charged these fees in addition to the cancellation fee that has already been specified.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ANY SPECIAL RATES OR CONCESSIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS THAT HAVE OCCURRED AS A RESULT OF CORONAVIRUS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ILLNESS OR GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Kindly reserve your transfers only if you are certain that you will be travelling.
WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT Rides that we are capable of completing.
Charges will be incurred for any rescheduling of transfers. If the rescheduling is made more than 14 days in advance, a 15% charge will be applied. If the rescheduling is made between 7 and 14 days in advance, a 30% charge will be applied. If the rescheduling is made less than 7 days in advance and within 48 hours, a 40% charge will be applied.
In case the rescheduling is made within 48 hours of the transfer, there will be no refund policy and the transfer will need to be rebooked. Despite the fact that the pandemic has abated, we continue to advise all of our clients to adhere to all current laws regarding the wearing of masks and maintaining a safe distance. We will not be held accountable in the event that any fines are imposed during your travel.
The following precautions are recommended for our Drivers to take when fulfilling Journeys:
It is recommended that you put on a suitable face mask or covering, although it is not mandatory, as long as it does not impede your ability to operate a vehicle safely. Allow for adequate external ventilation by maintaining the windows of the vehicle open whenever feasible during travel.
It is recommended that you clean your vehicle on a regular basis, ensuring that you clean the door handles and any other areas that passengers may contact, using standard cleaning products and gloves. Obtain permission before loading or unloading passenger luggage; sanitise your hands and/or use disposable gloves as required.
In our capacity as a broker or agent, we may share voyage details with other operators and subcontract. BYRUK reserves the right to subcontract a vehicle from another operator when necessary. All chauffeurs who are authorised by BYRUK to perform work are fully insured, experienced, and possess Full Operator Licences.
The company reserves the right to provide larger or smaller vehicles than ordered to accommodate the total number of passengers, and the company's vehicles may not be sub-let, lent, or licensed by a hirer without the written consent of the company. We reserve the right to utilise any other vehicle or vehicles, including taxis, in the event that the reserved vehicle malfunctions. By submitting a reservation, YOU are acknowledging that you have read and consented to this policy.
WE shall not be held accountable for any claims made by YOU against US or our SUPPLIER in relation to this policy.
During the duration of the hire, the driver (contractor) is accountable for the vehicle and has the ultimate say. He has the authority to refuse admission to any individual whom he deems to be undesirable or a nuisance, and he has the right to request that the individual or persons be removed from the vehicle before the journey can continue. In the event that the driver feels unsafe, he or she may decline to continue with the voyage. In this scenario, the client will not receive a refund, and BYRUK will not be held accountable for any actions.
In case of a missed flight, the passenger or booker is responsible for promptly informing BYRUK so that we can instruct the driver not to access the airport for the pickup. The fare will be refunded after administrative fees have been deducted if the journey was pre-paid. In the event that the passenger elects to board a later flight, we will offer the service at a modest premium. By failing to inform BYRUK of this, the Passenger or booker will be responsible for the full fare.
If the fare was pre-paid, it will not be refunded. "No Show" Meaning: This will encompass airports, seaports, residences, hotels, and other private addresses in the event that a passenger fails to meet the driver at the designated pick-up time after booking a private hire car with us. This will encompass reservations in which the date and time are incorrect.
The driver will remain in the arrival hall for a maximum of one hour following the flight's landing time. If the passenger fails to meet the driver within this timeframe or fails to communicate their status at the airport or seaport via phone, email, or SMS, it will be deemed a no-show.
In case of a no-show, the complete transfer fare will be charged for all online or phone bookings that were secured with a valid credit or debit card and were made on the basis of paying the driver cash.
In the event of a no-show, all reservations that were pre-paid with a credit or debit card will not be refunded. Furthermore, if you have reserved a specific time and subsequently decide to modify the times of your transfers, you may be subject to an additional fee. This is due to the fact that we may have other appointments scheduled throughout the day, which would disrupt our entire schedule.
Resultantly, we may be compelled to secure emergency coverage for our vehicles and drivers at the last minute in order to meet the demands and requirements of our customers and projects, which will result in additional expenses. Consequently, we will not remit the entire cost to the client who has requested these modifications; rather, we will provide them with a partial and equitable cost.
Please ensure that you are prepared for collection/pickup at the agreed-upon time, as the driver may impose an additional fee if you are delayed for more than 15 minutes. Please also ensure that you adhere to the itinerary times that were agreed upon during the booking process, as drivers are subject to stringent hourly regulations. If you are tardy and our driver is running late for other appointments, and we are unable to make alternative arrangements, the driver may depart, and you will not receive a refund.
Please ensure that the vehicle(s) are maintained in a clean condition and that all passengers are well-behaved. If any damage is caused to the vehicle, you will be responsible for the associated expenses. Additionally, if our driver feels unsafe, he is entitled to remove you from the vehicle and require you to make your own arrangements. You will not receive a refund.
If the desired vehicle is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to provide a larger or smaller vehicle to accommodate the total number of passengers. Additionally, we reserve the right to provide a different branded vehicle if we are unable to provide the actual agreed-upon vehicle for any reason. An additional charge will not be imposed for this.
Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse to provide a caravan on the day of the transfer unless it is reserved and paid for separately in advance at a minimum of £40 per way. If this is the case, we will typically notify you. We make every effort to provide our customers with the vehicle of their choice; however, this may not always be the case due to factors such as traffic delays or vehicle malfunctions. This is the reason we are unable to explicitly specify the specific type of vehicle that will be dispatched or to market our service as such, as our objective is to offer a continuous service.
Please contact us to request your driver details if you have not received them by the time of the voyage. Typically, the details will be provided 1-2 days in advance.
The Company's vehicles are not permitted to carry any animals, with the exception of guide canines. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being transported or consumed in the Company's vehicles, unless prior arrangements have been made.
The Company's vehicles are not permitted to carry or consume fast food, such as fries, pizza, or burgers.
A driver has the authority to prevent passengers from transporting luggage or products that he deems unsuitable for the Company's vehicles. The rear and side luggage compartments should be used to store heavy items, such as suitcases, and the gangway or emergency exits should not be obstructed by any item.
In the event that it is necessary, a different coach may be used to transport a party from a destination to the one that transported passengers out. Additionally, coaches may be utilised to perform other tasks during the waiting period at a destination, unless the Hirer has previously indicated their preference for a coach to remain with their party, in which case an additional fee may be incurred.
The Hirer shall be responsible for any costs associated with road and bridge tolls, ferry fees, and parking charges.
Payment in full must be made prior to departure, unless otherwise specified, as a condition of the Contract of Hire.
In the event that a duplicate payment is made via card or bank transfer, or a payment is made in error, a standard administrative cost of 22.5% of the total payment will be incurred to process the refund.
Notices – BYRUK must grant prior authorisation for the display of any bill, poster, or notice on any vehicle.

HIRE CONDITIONS (the fine print) Kindly review the following.
1. The company cannot be held responsible for the use of child seat(s) provided by the company, as the adult passenger accompanying the child is solely responsible for ensuring that the seats are suitable.
2. The consumer may be subject to additional charges if they deviate from the details provided above.
3. The company and/or the contractor are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may result in a delayed arrival, including but not limited to vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays, and delays from previous jobs. Your Travel/Holiday insurance may be able to provide coverage for any such incidents. Please consult your Travel Agent directly.
We will not be held responsible for any damages or reimbursements that may result from late arrivals, alternative transportation arrangements, or missed excursions or events.
4. The Company is unable to assume responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged products or belongings that may be present on the vehicle.
5. Your driver will provide assistance with your luggage if necessary; however, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is loaded and unloaded securely. We are not liable for the safety of or damage to luggage or other personal possessions, or for any items that are left behind.
6. The company is unable to accept responsibility for any injuries that may occur during the boarding or alighting of the vehicle, despite the fact that the driver will make every effort to pick up and drop off at a secure location.
7. If the vehicle is equipped with seat belts, please utilise them. Failure to do so may result in the invalidation of any claims for injury caused by a road traffic accident.
8. The driver is entirely responsible for the vehicle. If the driver believes that the protection of the passengers or the vehicle is at risk, they are free to take any action they deem necessary.
9. In the event that any of the details provided above are inaccurate, we must be notified immediately. Failure to do so may result in the incorrect vehicle being sent or your delayed collection. We will not be held accountable if you fail to comply with this request.
10. The acceptance of requests for later pickup times for your journey to the airport is wholly at your own risk; we will not be held liable for any late arrival at the airport.
11. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cheque. In order to guarantee your reservation and reserve your vehicle, it is imperative that you submit a deposit payment in advance. The client has the option of paying the full amount in advance or paying a small deposit and the remaining cash to the chauffeur on the day of the event.
12. By making a deposit or complete payment to us, you are automatically consenting to all of our terms and conditions.
